Bjorka Bocorkan Pembunuhan Munir, Berikut Isinya!

Memang sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada titik menterang siapa sebenarnya pembunuh Munir.

Who Killed Munir?

I will give you a name if you ask who was behind Munir's murder. He is Muchdi Purwopranjono who currently serves as Chairman of the Berkarya Party.

Munir was the coordinator of KontraS, who was very vocal and revealed that the perpetrators of the kidnapping of 13 activists in the period 1997-1998 were members of Kopassus, known as the Operation Team Mawar.

As a result of the disclosure, Muchdi Purwopranjono, the Commander General (Danjen) of Kopassus, became displeased with Munir. As a result, Muchdi had to be dismissed from his new position for 52 days.

Muchdi was appointed Head of BIN Deputy V on March 27, 2003. "A position that opens up many opportunities to stop the activities of the victim of the late Munir that has harmed the defendant,"

Muchdi used BIN's non-organic network, Pollycarpus Budihari Priyanto, a pilot of PT Garuda Indonesia Airways, to kill Munir's soul. Because at that time, it was known that Munir would fly to the Netherlands using Garuda Indonesia.

Pollycarpus was then arranged as an aviation security staff so he could take any PT Garuda Indonesia Airways flight, including the plane Munir would later board.

Polly then brought the letter to Muchdi's room. After a few days, Polly told Budi Santoso, "Sir, I have an assignment from Mr. Muchdi Purwopranjono to kill Munir."

The letter was then signed and put in an BIN's envelope numbered R-451/VII/2004, which was then handed over directly by Polly to Indra Setiawan, President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia Airways. Polly was finally assigned as a corporate security staff as requested.

Next, Polly called Munir's cellphone, which Suciwati received, to ask when Munir would be leaving. Suci replied that her husband would depart Monday, September 6, 2004, on a Garuda Boeing 747-400 flight number GA-974.

Polly also arranged to be able to join the flight as an extra crew. Polly was supposed to be the primary pilot for flights to Peking, China, from September 5 to September 9, 2004.

So on Monday night, Polly managed to fly a plane with Munir, which departed from Soekarno-Hatta airport. At 23.32 WIB, after flying for about 120 minutes, the aircraft landed at Singapore Changi Airport.

Polly, who had already met Munir, took the victim to Coffee Bean via Gate 42. Munir waited for Polly, who ordered two drinks, one of which had been given arsenic poison to the victim. Munir finished the drink Polly gave him.

Meanwhile, Munir died two hours before the plane landed over the Romanian sky at Amsterdam Schipol Airport, the Netherlands. The judge's verdict on the defendant Muchdi on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, was far from the prosecutor's demands of 15 years in prison. "Declaring that the defendant is not legally and convincingly proven to have planned the murder of Munir, according to the prosecutor's indictment," said Chairman of the Panel of Judges Suharto.

Three people who once sat in the prison chair on charges of committing Munir's murder have breathed free air. Indra Setiawan, former President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia, who was sentenced by a panel of judges to participate in making fake letters, has been released after serving one year in prison. Pollycarpus, accused of being the executioner of Munir's murder, was released on September 28, 2014. Meanwhile, Muchdi was even cleared on charges of plotting to kill the activist.

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has also promised to resolve cases of past human rights violations, one of which is the murder case of human rights activist Munir.
